Choose an emotion for a recipe
1 packet of immi Spicy “Beef” Ramen
50g roasted cherry tomatoes
100g enoki mushroom, torn into small bunches
100g shiitake mushroom, sliced
100g 100% lean ground beef
50g fish cake, sliced
150g hardboiled eggs, halved
Preheat oven to 425 F. While oven is preheating, heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.
When oven is preheated, season cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast until blistered, about 5-7 minutes. Check on them occasionally to make sure they don’t burn.
While tomatoes are roasting, add 1.5 cups of water to a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the spice packet and shiitake mushrooms and lower the heat to medium. Cook until the mushrooms are slightly softened, about 2 minutes.
Then, add the fish cakes and noodles, and cook for 6 minutes. In the last 2 minutes of cook time, add the enoki mushrooms.
Assemble your ramen and top with the shiitake and enoki mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, ground beef, fish cake and hardboiled egg. Enjoy!
1 packet of immi Spicy Red Miso ramen
60g bell peppers, thinly sliced
340g extra firm tofu
120g frozen edamame
150g bok choy
50g spinach
50g scallions, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 425 F. Season bell peppers with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast until golden, about 5-7 minutes. Check on them occasionally to make sure they don’t burn.
While bell peppers are roasting, add 2 cups of water to a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the spice packet along with tofu and bok choy, then lower the heat to medium. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Then, add the edamame and noodles, and cook for 6 minutes. In the last minute of cook time, add the spinach.
Assemble your ramen and top with the bok choy, tofu, edamame, roasted bell peppers, spinach and scallions. Enjoy!
1 packet of immi Black Garlic “Chicken” ramen
60g frozen corn
75g carrots, thinly sliced
50g kimchi
150g roasted chicken
150g hardboiled eggs
75g scallions
Heat a small pot over medium heat. Add a splash of olive oil and the frozen corn, and sauté until slightly browned, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add 2 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the spice packet along with the carrots, then lower the heat to medium. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Then, add the noodles and cook for 6 minutes.
Assemble your ramen and top with the corn, carrots, roasted chicken, hardboiled eggs, kimchi and scallions. Enjoy!
