1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], located at [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS] ("Sponsor").
2. Giveaway period
The Giveaway begins on [START DATE] at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. How to enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit [LANDING PAGE URL] and submit a valid email address through the entry form. Limit one (1) base Entry per person / email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or affected by technical failure of any kind.
5. Prize
One (1) winner(s) will each receive one (1) "Fight Fire With Fire" spicy bundle consisting of:

- One (1) Spicy Garlic Kimchi Toppings Mix
- One (1) immi Bowl and Spoon set
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per bundle: $128 USD. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion of it) of equal or greater value if the advertised item becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for any expenses not specifically stated as being included in the prize.
6. Winner selection and notification
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, on or about [DRAWING DATE]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within 5 business days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner's failure to receive notice due to spam filters, full inboxes, or inaccurate contact information provided at entry. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally permitted) a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond or comply within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, time permitting.
7. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes across any media, worldwide, without further compensation or notice.
9. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; or (d) any injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's device resulting from participation in the Giveaway.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL]. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may use the information provided to administer the Giveaway and, where consent is given, for future marketing communications.
11. Governing law and disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
