Official Rules — Fight Fire With Fire Giveaway
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
01 1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Fifty Foods, Inc. (dba immi), located at 58 West Portal Avenue, San Francisco, CA, 94127 ("Sponsor").
02 2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 11, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM PT and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
03 3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
04 4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the giveaway page and submit a valid email address through the entry form. Limit one (1) base entry per person/email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
05 5. Prize
Winner(s) will each receive one (1) "Fight Fire With Fire" spicy bundle: one 6-pack immi Spicy "Beef" Ramen, one 6-pack immi Spicy Red Miso Ramen, one Spicy Garlic Kimchi Toppings Mix, and one immi Bowl and Spoon set. Approximate Retail Value: $128 USD. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's discretion.
06 6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing.
07 7. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
08 8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
09 9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor from liability for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
10 10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants acknowledge Sponsor may use the information to administer the Giveaway and, where consent is given, for future marketing communications.
11 11. Governing Law and Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in courts located in San Francisco, CA.
