The flavor is good. The noodles have an interesting texture when cooking them long, so I prefer to break them up in the broth. It's a bit too greasy for me. I would like to see less oil floating at the top of my bowl.

Fast, easy, tasty and cheaper than going out

We love that Immi Ramen is way healthier than your typical "cup of noodles". Sometimes, after a long day we want something quick to eat but we try to avoid fast-food joints and other restaurants in general. These noodles help us to eat healthier and to save money. We always cook them in chicken bone broth. We usually add dried shiitake mushrooms, a soft boiled egg and green onions chopped on top. If we have other veggies we'll add them but those are our go-tos that we always have on hand. We also serve with a little soy sauce and sesame oil.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! I ADD BOKCHOY, CHIVES, FRESH SPINACH AND SOME SAUCES I ENJOY LIKE PEANUT SAUCE. CONSTANTLY CHANGE IT UP BUT GET THE VEGETABLES INTO EVERY SERVING.
