The ramen tasted really good, but it has a strange texture that is hard to describe. I think grainy would be a good way to put. It is akin to other "healthy" food substitutes i've tried. I really wish i enjoyed the texture too because the ramen tastes great and is better than most other stuff on the market.

As some one who needs to eat less carbohydrates for health reasons, I missed having a bowl of ramen with melted butter on top. Your ramen tastes great, is easier on my stomach than the high carbohydrate version and satisfies my craving.
