Much better than I anticipated!
I was pleasantly surprised! I doctored ours up with a scoop of miso paste, some red chili sauce, a splash of tamari, garlic powder, and the spice packet. I also added slightly cooked carrot slices, corn, jalapeño slices, bok choy and green onions. My daughter and I shared the meal and she added shredded chicken to hers. I used both cups of cooking liquid to make the broth, next time I’ll use 3 cups for more broth. I’m not very skilled with chopsticks but where there’s a will, there’s a way! The package was definitely enough for 2 servings. Delicious!
