Eating it and for the most part enjoying it. Thinking it could use a little more depth of flavor. Maybe it’s just me and I’m OK with that. I do enjoy all the products that I order from you with the exception of the real spicy one.
Darn good for "healthy " food. No idea how to make it more like the unhealthy stuff. I think the healthier pasta from chick peas is amazing so maybe that is an option. Thanks for developing this healthy ramen.
Ramen is one of my favorite things, but as a long-time vegetarian on a low sodium diet, Ramen is also something I only had once in a blue moon. Buying noodle packs only to throw away the flavor packets and use my own vegetable broth is not the same. That’s why I was so excited to find out about immi. I mean cartwheels on a sunny day excited. I ordered a couple of boxes to get a sense of the different flavors, and definitely have my favorites. To be lower in sodium and have healthier ingredients is the icing on what turns out to be very lovely Ramen in and of itself. Each broth is truly lovely, and has its own wonderful flavors. My favorite turns out to be the creamy chicken, but spicy red miso and black garlic are right behind it. I am especially glad I opted to try the vegetable topping mix because it adds an extra something. I love adding my own vegetables as well, and Gardein “ meats” take it to the next level. It is so easy to make and dress up according to my craving for the meal. I absolutely love your product. Thank you so much! If I had one recommendation to make, though I don’t know it is possible, it would be having the ability to select my own flavors for a personalized variety pack. I would also love if you expanded your product line, because you guys are amazing.

First i love your product! I'm a diabetic and have been trying very hard to cut carbs but miss something's very much. So when i saw your ramen Alfredo i was very excited! I have started using the noodles for pasta dishes and it's wonderful! Have you thought about just selling the noodles for that purpose?
