Spicy Red Miso Bibimbap Ramen
My church had Bibimbap (비빔밥) at fellowship last week. We had many leftovers . I brought some home to use with SRM Ramen instead of rice. Carrot, spinach, sauced bean sprouts, lightly pickled daikon, Sautéed mushrooms and a 고추장 Gochujang-sauce And an egg. It was yummy! Not a food photographer but here it is.
